Now Hiring - Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager in Medford, OR

We are an Independent Insurance Agency seeking a licensed and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a book of commercial insurance accounts. Must be able to provide professional customer service to agency's clients. This insurance Account Manager candidate will be responsible for providing timely and professional day-to-day client service to an existing book of diverse and large commercial accounts. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work closely with Commercial Lines Producers and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Support and service a wide range of commercial lines accounts.
• Support agency producers with customer service-related tasks.
• Liaison between clients, producers, and insurance company representatives.
• Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and documenting it per agency standards.
• Recommending coverages, completing, and submitting applications and related documentation to appropriate markets.
• Quoting new and renewal business
• Processing policies, change requests, endorsements, and audits
• Processing certificates of insurance and ID cards

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license
• Minimum 3 plus years of experience in Commercial Insurance
• Knowledge of insurance industry practices and terminology
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize
• Strong customer service and written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
